Going in the Right Direction

Turns out I'm too busy and self-important to make time to write blogs now-a-days. But, I've done a half-decent job in the last few weeks. In the month of June I have worked out 14/21 days. Working out TWICE on 5 of those days. I'm rather proud of myself. Have I lost weight? Maybe. Have I gained muscle? Definitely. Is my knee acting up again. Without a doubt. In fact, I might be over-doing it. But that is okay because now that I've made it through 3 weeks of waking up extra early to go to the gym before work, it actually is starting to feel good. I'm still slipping up on the eating right part. I had two of the free donuts at work today. That was a fail, but I'm hoping the rest of the week's workouts make up for it. In any case, I'm going in the right direction.
